A full-stack digital extension management platform for marine and fisheries operations at the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The system combines Java Spring Boot backend services, a React TypeScript dashboard, and mobile API support for field extension workflows. The 2026 upgrade cycle expanded it into a national monitoring system with operational dashboards, officer and group analytics, priority-program tracking, external API integration, role-based external-agency access, and strengthened attendance processing.

A dashboard and monitoring platform for BPPSDM KP, the human resources development agency of the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The system pairs a Laravel REST API with a Next.js TypeScript dashboard covering managerial, education, training, extension, and certification domains, including a monitoring-and-evaluation (Monev) module that was also extracted into a standalone application.

PyTorch and scikit-learn models for multi-horizon weather forecasting
Machine learning models for forecasting wind speed and wind direction across multiple prediction horizons using historical Vaisala WXT520 weather sensor data. Wind direction is handled using sine/cosine transformation to avoid circular-angle prediction issues, with model performance evaluated using MAE, RMSE, R², and angular error.
